Service Description

At my wellness practice. Is based on the Western concepts of anatomy and physiology, compared to the energy-centric style more common in Asian forms of massage. Using lotion or oil, I typically begin with broad general strokes and then transition to specific strokes to address problem areas. 
Every massage is customized to your needs. Whether you have specific spots that need to be addressed or you are in need of some TLC, a combination of deep therapeutic techniques will be applied throughout the session.  I understand stuff happens—projects at work pop up, kids get sick, tires go flat. Cancellations made prior to this window are rescheduled with no penalty. Cancellations made without 24 hours’ notice but prior to the start of the session incur a $50 late-cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations made after the start of the session incur the full fee. I value your time and I work hard to prepare for each appointment.
